Start at the beautiful park along the East River at 88th St. and York. This run is always refreshing with the nice salty breeze off the river providing a refuge from the heat in the hotter months.
Start at the beautiful park along the east river at 88th St. and York. Head north to the foot bridge across from Randall's Island and then back all the way down to 72nd St. and cross the foot bridge to York Ave. Run back to 88th St. to stretch in the park along the water. There are great grass areas, dog free too, where one can stretch.
