The Arboretum is a popular place to exercise for many people in the Lexington area. The park offers a 2-mile paved loop with a 1/2 mile mulch trail loop addition. The trails are hilly, but the Arboretum is a nice place for a 4-5 mile run.

From New Circle Road, take Exit 18 onto Tates Creek Road. Go North on Tates Creek Road, then left (west) on Alumni Drive. There is a parking lot for the Arboretum on the left.
