A small four lane track outback of SRU middle school. It is free to use the track and always open. The track is rubber, and pretty nice.
From Athens head south on 220 till you reach Milan. Take a left on Milan EastSmithfield road and that'll take you to EastSmithfield. Stay Straight on that road and it'll take you to the Middle School. Pull into the parking lot out back and you can walk down to the track right out back.
