As of April 2005 there is still come construction going on but all paving should be finished by June 2005. Start at the Smyrna Rec Park. There is a 1.25 mile loop around the rec park. A paved connecting trail will take you to Sharp Springs Park. You can run an outside loop of about 2 miles. The two park loops and out and back will probably be about 10-12 miles. I will check it with a GPS when the construction is complete.From Nashville take Interstate 24, exit 66b, Sam Ridley Drive. Go about 3 miles. The Rec Park is on the right. The city Golf Course is across the highway on the left. There is plenty of parking and you will see the trail.
