Better known for its Mt bike trails and jumps/obstacles, but great for running also. There are miles and miles of loops and trails in this area. Some are flat and easy, some are steep and more difficult. A portion of the Finger Lakes Trail goes through here. Expect to see mt bikers, lots of them at times as this area is home to some obstacle courses that will make your blood rush just by looking at them.
Contact one of the local bike shops for a book of maps of this area. There are too many trails to describe here.

Take Rt. 79 east about 4 miles and turn right onto Brooktondale Rd. In about 5 miles bear right onto Braley Hill Rd, and travel about 1/4 mile uphill. A cornucopia of trails stem off this road, in both directions, offering challenges for every level of runner and/or rider.
