5k walk/run in honor of Erin Murphy Peters, a 16 year old with mucopolysachharidosis (MPS III). All proceeds go directly to the National MPS Society for research to find treatment/cure for this life-threatening genetic condition. MPS III is a storage disorder which affects all parts of the body including lungs/respiratory system, liver, bones, joints and muscles. At present, there is no cure.
All pre-registered participants are guaranteed a t-shirt and goody bag. Trophies/medallions will be awarded in 17 age categories, both male/female.
Activities include food/drink, music, moonwalk, sports exhibitions, grill, raffle and prizes.

From Hwy 575, take Exit # 8, Towne Lake Parkway (turn left if traveling north, right if traveling south). Turn left at the traffic light at Towne Lake Hills South Drive. Go through one traffic light and you will be on the driveway/entrance to Woodstock High School.Follow to "T" at the school and turn right to parking lot located next to football stadium. Run begins at entrance to football field and finishes on the track.
