This locally famous track is home to the University of Colorado Buffalos. Also, at anytime you might find yourself sharing lanes with some of the best runners and triathletes in the world. This has recently been resurfaced, and is now easily the best track around.
The Potts Field track is open to the public Tuesdays with extended hours. It is open from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m., and from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Follow U.S. 36 into Boulder and once in Boulder, take a right (east) on Colorado Ave (first stop light). Follow Colorado Avenue until you reach Discovery Drive. Discovery Drive will loop around and Potts Field will appear to your right. Parking is straight ahead.
