This race starts in downtown Littleton, Colorado and finishes at the Buckhorn Exchange in Denver, Colorado.
After running through downtown Littleton for 2 1/2 miles runners enter the Plattle River Trail and run north until 8th Ave. where they will get off and run 1 mile to the Buckhorn Exchange. There will be lunch compliments of the Buckhorn Exchange and beer and pop at the finish line. Awards are generous gift certificates from the Buckhorn Exchange and Runners Roost.
The relay consists of 2 - 5 mile legs and a 3.1 mile leg. This race is in it's 2nd year but has a number of positive changes this year, namely the course. Runners will receive a complimentary pass to ride the light rail from the finish line back to the start.
The start of the race is on Rio Grande Ave. and Prince St. at 9:00. This is just north east of Santa Fe Dr. and Bowles Ave.
