The 26.2 mile course will begin at Newport Center, adjacent to Fashion Island and wind its way through scenic Newport Beach and Irvine, finishing in Irvine, California. Runners will have eight hours, based on official start clock time of 7:30 am., to complete the course. Baby joggers, pets, in-line skates, bicycles and other non-official wheeled vehicles are prohibited on the course. Finish area facilities officially close at 4:00 p.m. (8 hours 30 minutes after the Official Start). Digital time clocks and visible markers will be positioned along the course at every mile and the half-marathon point. Digital clocks at the Finish Line will display your unofficial time.
