Late Shift Runnners is a club for Satruday long runs that don't start untill 10am. Come for a social atmosphere and some great running.

Time and Place: Long Runs can take place all around the DC area, but they'll always be close to Metro Stations. Runs will start at 10am on Satruday mornings during the winter. In the summer, heat may become a problem, but we'll see if people are interested in starting at 9am or continuing at 10am. Here are some possible locations:
Bethesda (Crecent Trail)
Grosvenor (Rock Creek Park Trail)
Dunn Lorring (W&OD Trail)
Balston (Custis Trail/W&OD Trail)
Arlington Cemetary (Many Trails)
...and all over Washington D.C.
