The Sacramento Long Distance Running Association, the same group that brings you the California International Marathon, in conjunction with the City of Folsom Parks and Recreation Department, presents the Fifth Annual Four Bridges Lake Natoma Half Marathon. This event features one of California?s most scenic courses around beautiful Lake Natoma in Folsom (15 miles east of Sacramento near Folsom Lake). The race is a perfect training run for the California International Marathon!

Course follows a beautiful bike trail circling Lake Natoma in Folsom. You will run along the shore of the lake crossing four bridges through a shaded park setting of old growth oak trees and natural wildlife habitat. Mostly flat with occasional rolling hills. Six fluid stations with water and fluid replacement. Every mile marked. Certified half-marathon (13.1-miles). Three-person relay legs are approximately 3.7 miles, 4.1 miles and 5.3 miles.
Coming from Sacramento, Stockton and the Bay Area:
Follow freeway signs to Highway 50
Take Hwy 50 east to Lake Tahoe
Take the Folsom Blvd. Exit and follow the signs to Folsom.
Stay on Folsom Blvd. until you are in Historic Old Folsom.
Turn right onto Natomas Street and proceed to 52 Natomas Street, the Folsom Community Center.
Free parking is at the rear of the building."
Coming from I-80 East of Sacramento:
Exit at Douglas Blvd. East.
Drive east to Folsom-Auburn Rd.
turn right on Auburn-Folsom Rd.
Turn right on Auburn-Folsom Rd.and
Cross The Natomas Bridge.
Turn left on Natomas Street and proceed to 52 Natomas Street, the Folsom Community Center.
Free parking is at the rear of the building."
