Race Check-in & Registration: On Sunday, October 9, all participants must check in at the on-site registration area located at Pier 46.

Registration and bib number pick up for the 5K walk is from 7:30 to 8:15 AM. Registration and bib number/chip pick up for the 5K run is from 8:00 to 8:45 AM. All participants receive a free race t-shirt

Course: Participants will get a chance to run along the picturesque Hudson River Park, which offers breathtaking views of the Hudson River, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. The course begins at Pier 46 in Tribeca, and then continues downtown to Chambers Street, the oldest area in New York City! At Chambers Street, participants will turn around and head to Pier 54 before returning to Pier 46 for the Finish at the Yoga Festival.

After the Race, participants can cool down and relax with free massages, spa treatments and yoga classes hosted by celebrity instructors at the Yoga Festival, which is open until 2pm that day. The Festival will also feature a variety of fun fitness classes, kids' activities, cool giveaways and prizes.

Bus:
The M21 bus crosses Manhattan on Houston Street to Greenwich Street, two blocks east of Pier 40. The M8 bus goes west in Greenwich Village on Ninth Street, then Christopher Street to West Street. It then proceeds north to 10th Street for its eastern journey to Greenwich Avenue.

Path:
The Path Train to Christopher Street is in walking distance to the Piers

Available Parking:
Public Parking is available at Pier 40.
