The Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon is run in conjunction with the world-famous, Grandma's Marathon. The 13.1-mile course begins on Old Scenic Highway 61 and participants run along the beautiful North Shore of Lake Superior as well as through the historic streets of Duluth, Minnesota. Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon participants are treated to some of the finest hospitality in road racing. It's half the distance, and just as fun!
From I-35 north take the Lake Avenue/5th Avenue West Exit (#256B) and stay in the right lane. At the stoplight, go straight until you get to the stoplights at Lake Avenue. Turn right on Canal Park Drive and stay in the right lane. Turn right on Railroad street, drive under the skywalk and turn left into the DECC parking lot.
