A great run thru Central Park encompassing the lower park all the way up to 102nd St. Great way to learn the park and see all it has to offer, which, by the way, is quite an incredible assortment of activities and leisure grounds.

*There are many water fountains available in the park right along the route, just look out for them. Not available in winter months.

Start at east 90th entrance to the park and run north to 102nd St. where you will cross over to the west side and continue down the lenth of the park. At the bottom, you will traverse the park back to the east side and head back north again to east 90th entrace. Great run, not too hilly and always a crowd for company.
