The 8th Annual Autism Society of North Carolina Ribbon Run will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2006, at City Market in downtown Raleigh. The Ribbon Run includes a 5K Run/Walk, 1-Mile Fun Run, and Tot Trot. The 5K Run/Walk is USATF certified and begins at 9:00am. The 1-Mile Fun Run and Tot Trot will follow. Event start is located at the corner of Martin and Blount Streets in the City Market section of downtown Raleigh, NC.

Directions to City Market:

From Durham and Chapel Hill - Take 1-40 East to exit 289 (Wade Ave.). Exit Wade Ave. on Capital Blvd. following the signs to Downtown. Capital Blvd. becomes Dawson St. Turn left on Martin St. Go four blocks. City Market will be on your right.

From Sanford. Take US 1 North. Exit US 1 at 1-440, following signs to 1-40 East. Exit 440 at South Saunders St. following signs to Downtown (north on South Saunders). Turn right on Martin St. Go one block. City Market will be on your right.

From Smithfield. Come into Raleigh on Route 70. Exit 70 on 1-40 West. Exit 40 at South Saunders St. following sings to Downtown (North on South Saunders). Turn right on Martin St. Go one block. City Market will be on your right.

From Rocky Mount Take Route 64 West. Follow 64 straight into Raleigh. It will become New Bern Ave. and then change again to Edenton St. From Edenton St. Turn left onto Blount St. Go four blocks. City Market will be on your left.
