My wife and I wanted to get a jog srtoller after the birth of our baby (Sadie), however I find that we don't use it that much. I like to run on the trails, and they are not so good for that. My wife runs almost entirely on the road, but she found she didn't get quality runs in with a jog stroller. Plus we have a treadmill, and it gets used all the time.
With that said, they are great if you want to keep running after a baby and they allow you to get out at just about anytime. The babies sleep fine in them.
I have two recommendations if you are looking: the Kelty (forget the name) and the Chariot with jog stroller attachement. We have had both and they work fine.
