As an ex-long distance runner who has had to stop due to a knee injury. I want to maintain my fitness through walking and other low impact exercise.
Due to the injury I've been out of action for several months and have put on quite a bit of weight. Going past 40 has also made the weight difficult to shift.
Any advice on distance and heartbeat etc, I have a heart rate meter and pedometer
