A few good first 100s that I could recommend would be Rocky Racoon, Arkansas Traveller, or Old Dominion. I'm sure there are others, but I think these are good choices for first hundred-milers. There are "easier" ones, but I'd be bored out of my mind. I would rather pick something with moderate terrain difficulty, good scenery, good aid stations ... and a belt buckle.
