40 acre lake, 1 acre park with picnic tables and grills, wetlands, an observation boardwalk, a 1.3 mile long trail, a historical boat/warming house.
Fishing
Hours are from sunrise to sunset. A Colorado fishing license is required. Fishing licenses are available at the Evergreen Safeway. All state laws must be obeyed. All legal live and artificial bait may be used. The use of minnows as bait is prohibited. Evergreen Lake is stocked with Rainbow Trout and Tiger Muskie every second week from mid-May until the end of June. The lake is restocked again during the first weeks of July and August. Information on stocking dates may be obtained on the Division of Wildlife stocking report page. The Lake House does not sell fishing licenses or bait. Fishing is not allowed in the immediate vicinity of the Lake House.
