Runner's Edge of the Rockies is a group marathon and half-marathon training program that accommodates both first-time runners and those who are Boston-bound.
The group runs year-round every Saturday morning (and Tuesday evenings during speed sessions), on various routes throughout the Denver-Metro area. Rain, snow or shine you can count on an organized route with fully stocked aid stations, friendly expert coaches and support from the group to help you run like a champ.
We take pride that our proven method of training will minimize the chance of injury while preparing you to cross the finish line. Train with other Runner's Edge of the Rockies members for the popular local and national races or, choose your own race and we'll get you there!
Over 2-dozen accurately mapped & marked routes throughout the Denver-metro area. (And we are always scouting new routes for the group!) These routes cover a variety of terrain and surfaces (asphalt, crushed stone, trail) to accommodate the various target races our members train for. Aid stations are provided every 2 to 2.5 miles.
