I've been running competitivly for many years in Iowa representing Iowa City High in High School and the University of Northern Iowa. I've made all-state a number of years and all-conference for the missouri valley conference. I've been a part of six state championships at City High and 5 conference championships at UNI. I've ran 24:48 for 8k and 3:52 for the 1500.
