We are a group of runners of all abilities. There are those of us who train for shorter 5k races, as well as some of our group that run marathons and ultramarathons. One of our goals is to reach into our community and promote running as a healthful form of exercise. Thus, we have many beginning runner programs.
Our largest group meets on Saturday mornings. We alternatively meet either downtown and run on the roads where we encounter hills, or on the local trail where it is fast and flat.
On Sundays there is a group of us that meets at Rockbridge State Park for a trail run.
