I played Football, Indoor track, Baseball, and I did the pole vult in the spring when I was in High school. So I did the running that was required of me in those sports. I joined the US Navy and ran a few races and also had weekly runs for PT. The furthest run being a 10K. I have just compled my 1st Marathon and am training for another. I also ran 5k's during training. I plan to do that again. They are so much fun.
