I just started getting into running...i played soccer in college and was always a short distance runner, but recently i've developed a love for running. I'm still new to they game but I've been working on increasing my distace, at a good pace as well. I am currently running at least, on average, 3 miles five days a week and my long days have gotten up to 6-7miles. i still don't consider myself a runner, just an athlete who misses the competition, you know :)
