I developed the like/love for running in high school and never completely stopped. I find it fun and therapeutic. Now as I get older I find it a way to keep the pounds off. But still I ask where's my motivation (lol). AhHa! the 10k! I ran my first 10k last july 4th, and nothing since..looking to get started again. I'm new to the area, so I don't know the parks, or trails that are conducive and safe for training, can anyone assist me with this one? Oh, would love to have a partner who can push me and vice versa.
