New to the world of running. Played football, wrestled and played baseball in High School, then just stuck with football in college. Once sports were over, it left a void. So, my competitive nature got me training with the Gracie Family in Brazilian/Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. I have not trained in quite some time at this juncture and now I'm looking to use running to get my cardio back up, lose some weight, and enjoy the great outdoors.
