Our running group includes runners of varied running skills, age, gender and experience. Our goal is to help new runners improve technical skills while keeping it fun.
Tuesday morning: 5 a.m. Run 7 miles or anything in-between.
Wednesday afternoon: 5 p.m. 1-2 mile warm-up, half mile intervals. Starting at 4 and adding one per week leading up to a major race.
Saturday: Race if one is available within a 100 mile radius.
Sunday: Long, slow distance in rolling hills. 5-18 miles, depending on various individuals capabilities.
