All ages, experience and ability are welcome, really. Please don't be intimidated. We have people from sub-6 to 12+min pace, and others who just walk the trails; from 13-70 years old; from people training hard to those primarily out there for social reasons. There is almost always someone to run with. Great training for Pikes Peak, Imogene, Leadville and other trail/ultra races, building strength for road races and triathlons, or just having fun on the trails.
No dues, sign-ups, t-shirts, or whiners. Just show up and have fun.

- Thursday night and Wednesday morning trail runs. On various trails April through October, mostly in the Morrison/Golden area; a mix of trails and other locations over the winter.
- Periodic weekend long runs, snowshoeing, and other outings.
- Carpooling to mountain races and activities.
