I ran cross country for a semester in High School- it was a big step. I always thought the idea of running without stopping seemed so impossible. Then my junior year I ran on the team. I wasn't good at all, in fact, i was always one of the last to finish- but everytime I ran, I set a PR. It felt really good. Sadly after senior year I stopped running. Now, as a sophomore in college I'm trying to get back into it. I've done other workouts, and spent time at the gym, but nothing seems to give me the same high.
