I'm currently training very basic andgeneral, meaning a great variety of training stimulations. I'm building a fundament for running in many years, beginning with 800m/1500m in important competitions and ending up somewhere between 5k and marathon.
I have suffered from achilles tendon february 2005 - october 2005, but the inflammation is almost gone now.
Furthermore, I excuse for my not very correct english, but I'm from Denmark.
