The Vollentine-Evergreen Greenline runs through the historic Vollentine-Evergreen neighborhood on what used to be railroad tracks. The tracks were removed and residents have since turned the rail line into a pleasant path through the neighborhood. The path is a combination of small gravel, grass, and dirt trail and there are two major and several minor street crossings.The Vollentine-Evergreen Greenline is located in Midtown Memphis and runs diagonally from the Watkins/North Parkway intersection to just north of the Jackson/Springdale intersection.
