I've run this race for 5 years now.
Parking is occasionally hard to find, so show up early. The out and back/loop allows runners to watch the elites (usually several of them) fight it out as they approach the home stretch. This run is always a well staffed run. It puts the fun back in fun run. There are always lots of dogs and strollers and occasionally (since it is a fun run), some participants don't know the finer rules of racing (like dogs and strollers to the back). There's usually a lot of crowd support in the chute and even occasionally along the run. However, this year's course is in a new location.
