Summit athletic running club has been the premier running club in summit country since the 70?s. We provide many club runs and races through out the year.
Sunday - 8am - Sand Run Park - Group runs between 5 and 8 miles. Pace varies from 8 min to 11 min per mile. Contact Terry Fox for more information.
Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays - 5am - West Akron - Group runs around 5 miles. Pace varies from 8:40 to 9 min per mile. Contact Kim Read for more information.
Sunday - 7am - Various locations - Group runs between 1 and 2 hours. Pace averages between 6:45 and 8 min per mile. Contact Jim Chaney for more information.
