Run from the USC track out into the Shandon neighborhood. Follow Heyward till it meets up with Yale. As Yale curves back you will pick up Wheat and take that up Saluda and then Right on Tugaloo and follow till you make it back to the track.
Run is all road but probably one of the nicer neaighborhoods in columbia with shady trees. Especially nice if you don't want to leave the city (there are no dirt trails in the Columbia city limits).
Find the USC Campus. It's the biggest thing in Columbia, SC. Can't miss it!
