Compacted gravel trail that circles Salem Lake. Great place to get a long run.
Very runner friendly environment. Often see the Wake Forest, High Point University, and UNC Greensboro XC teams running around. Also the Twin City Track Club and various HS teams use the course.From Business I-40 at Winston-Salem., exit onto Highway 52 south. Take the first exit (Stadium Drive), turn left (uphill) to traffic light at Martin Luther King Blvd. Turn right onto Martin Luther King Blvd., then left onto Reynolda Park Road. Salem Lake Road is approximately 1 1/2 miles on left. Business I-40 splits off I-40 just west of Winston-Salem at the west and just west of the Piedmont Triad Airport to the east.
