Very flat/fast and easy out and back run courtesy of Wiliamson County Parks and Recreation. The scenerary is pretty okay, dosen't really feel like it is in the middle of suburbia.
Trail starts near the Brentwood libray and YMCA and goes to Crocket Park. it's short, so you could continue to the green trail through crocket park for another 2.4mi. The red trail does have a few fairly sharp turns that can slow you up but for the most part it is fast.
Get of I-65 at Concord Road and head away from Franklin Road turn right at the stop light next to the libary pull into the first parking lot on your left.
