15k and 5k run/walk - 15k also has option of team competition. Event takes place on the crushed limestone paths of the beautiful Adam's Nature Preserve in McCook Lake, SD (10 min north of Sioux City, IA). Prizes awarded for overall open men/women and overall master men/women in both 15k & 5k. Many door prizes at post-race party and lots of great food. 1k fun run for kids.
Proceeds from race benefit the June E. Nylen Cancer Center located in Sioux City, IA. Participants have the opportunity to run/walk in honor of someone currently fighting cancer or in memory of someone who has passed.Please call to request race entry or go to web-site for directions
