12th Annual Run, 11 mile, 10 K and 2 mile races.
Prizes in several categories for each run.
The 11 mile course starts at the Anasazi Heritage Center and continue east on County Road T.5 to the junction with Highway 145, south on Highway 145 for approximately 3 & 1/2 miles to County Road P, west to Mildred, south to Montezuma Ave, then to Market Street, finishing at the Cortez Cultural Center.
The 10K course starts at Four Seasons Nursery and continue west on County Road P, turn left on 26 (Mildred), south to Montezuma Ave, then to Market Street, finishing at the Cortez Cultural Center.
The 2 mile course starts at the Center, continue north to Montezuma Ave., east to Mildred Rd, north to Empire St., west to Park St., south to Montezuma Ave. and return to the Center.
From Durango CO take 160 W. From Farmington NM take 550 to Shiprock then 491/160 to Cortez. From Grand Junction CO take I-70 W to Moab to Monticello to Cortez.
The Cultural Center is at 25 N. Market St. 1/2 block off main (160) in the middle of downtown Cortez.
