Good run, but hard at altitude Park in one of the lots along Park Rd. The Mt. Thunder Rd had some constrcution as of 6/29/06. Some very beautiful views. Wear your trail shoes. I found it very difficult due to the altitude. I had to walk up fairly short inclines. Definitely not acclimated yet.
