Definitely NOT stroller friendly; someone training for the 19 mile Bridger Run above Bozeman MT or some other similarly punishing, mountainous run might jog it, but it's not just steep, it's uneven and rocky and covered in loose rock and dirt for long stretches. It's worthwhile though, not just for the lake at the top; the trail goes through varied terrain with several stream crossings (upper one isn't easy in high water) some great pine woods, lovely meadows full of wild flowers, higher dry slopes with alpine flowers and views of the Paradise Valley below. It's a very pretty if strenuous climb.
