Loop courses run completely on paved roads, challenging with several hills. These races are part of the Annual Defeat of Jesse James Days Celebration in Northfield, MN commemorating the failed bank robbery by the notorious James-Younger Gang in 1876.
From I-35 take the Northfield exit (Mile Marker 69) and head east on Highway 19. At the first stop light (approximately 7 miles) go straight for 2 blocks to Division St. Race day registration and pre-registration number pick-up are 1 block north (left) on Division St. at the Jesse James Days Information Booth (on Bridge Square).
