Tuesday Run
Tuesdays, 6 PM, Group Run in Long Branch, 4 - 6 Miles, Windmill Parking Lot by Seven President's Park, 732-542-6090
Wednesday Run
Wednesdays, 6 PM, Group Run in Holmdel Park, 732-542-6090
Thursday Run
Thursdays, 6 PM at Dunkin Donuts, Ocean Ave in Belmar
Between Memorial and Labor Day we meet at Taylor Pavilion - Northern Pavilion on the Boardwalk. We meet at Dunkin Donuts on the corner of Ocean Ave and Belmar Blvd in Belmar at 6 PM. We go various distances of 4 to 7 miles on the well lit boardwalk which is a very safe place to run . On good days we have been going through Spring Lake and into Sea Girt for a nice 7 mile run. We have a fairly steady group which is gradually growing. Everyone is welcome. Directions: Go to Belmar Boardwalk and Dunkin Donuts is on 16th Ave.
Sunday Run
Sundays, 8 AM Group Runs in Middletown 6 - 20 Miles - 732-542-6090
