The Indiana State cross country course is one of the best locations for a large, competitive cross country meet in the country. It has loops for every different cross country distance: 4k, 5k, 6k, 8k, and 10k. The entire course is at least 20 meters wide, and all of the footing is grass. There are no major hills but it is gently rolling throughout. It is very well marked and easy to follow, and it is great for a structured workout or just to get in some easy miles on soft surfaces. The Indiana State course has hosted events as large as the NCAA Division I National Championships.

You can find the Indiana State Cross Country course near the intersection of East Swalls Drive and North Tabortown Street, just east of the Hulman Regional Airport in Terre Haute, Indiana. Parking and restrooms are available on site.
