The premier 10-mile race, which continues to grow as one of the most popular races in the nation, set another record with over 7,224 participants. The family of races, which also includes a 8K run and walk, a 5K run and walk, a one-mile run and walk, the Lois Craig Invitational for Special Olympics, and the Teddy Bear Trot; drew over 13,744 participants. This year over 3,500 volunteers came together to make this event a success.

From the South: I-75 north to I-475. Exit Court Street/Downtown. Turn left on Court Street. Follow signs to parking.

OR US-23 North to I-69. East on I-69 to Saginaw Street exit. Follow signs to parking

From the North: I-75 South to I-475 south. Exit Longway Boulevard, to the west. Follow signs to parking.

From the East: I-69 west to I-475 north. Exit Longway Boulevard, turn left. Follow signs to parking.

From the West: I-69 east to Saginaw Street exit. Follow signs to parking.

7500 runners down the streets of downtown flint where the event begins.Takes you though streets and hills of the area. This is a great race.

I applied or did an individual registration for the 8k but i need to change it to a 5k instesd. It would be for me and a friend. How would i change it?
