EP Tom Sawyer State Park has several trail options. There is a 1-mile gravel loop, a 1.25-mile dirt nature trail, and the park is often used to host cross-country races so there is also a 5k grass course. The 1-mile gravel loop would be a great place to do mile repeats or a tempo run.
The park is near I-265, Exit 32 (Westport Road). Take Wesport Road west, then turn left (south) on Freys Hill Road. The parking lot for the park is about 1/2-mile down the road on the left.
