The Eden Medical Center's Run to the Lake features 10k and 5k Races. Both courses start together and run to Lake Chabot; the 5K returns and the 10K enters the park and runs up the West trail, then returns on Lake Chabot Road. Kids dashes follow in the Medical Center parking lot as well as a Health and Fitness Expo. This event benefits the Eden Medical Center Trauma Unit.
