Diamond Hill-Birchwold 22.5K Trail Run offers a hills & flats terrain that presents a wide variety of technical challenges. The emphasis is on mixed footing conditions. The course is laid over the roller coaster hills typical of the southern New Engand forests, along single tracks, established trails, abandoned woodland roads and open field paths.
FROM THE NORTH, EAST & WEST
? Take Interstate 495, Exit 15.
? Take U.S. 1A North, for less than a mile.
? Sharp left onto Route 121, toward Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
? Left at intersection of Route 121 and Route 114.
? Diamond Hill Park entrance is on the left.
FROM THE SOUTH
? Take Interstate 295, Exit 11.
? Take Route 114 North (Diamond Hill Road).
