This group is for most ages and ability. They meet every Saturday starting in April at Wash Park and run out from there. There are 4 different groups for ability. 10 weeks of speed work is offered with every other week with Bobby McGee. Great for all levels. And Affordable.
The rus always start from Wash Park and go out through Metro Denver. The runs start as small as 2 miles and work all the way up to 22 miles.
