5K is on a flat course along lake Cadillac and through the city of Cadillac. Triathlon starts with the 5K, then transitions to a 16 mile bike ride. The first and last 2 miles are on on paved trail and the remaining 12 miles are old rail road beds which are now semi-hard packed cinder with patches of loose gravel and grass
Races Start near the high School on Chestnut Street on the north side of Lake Cadillac
