The Band of 10,000 Aches was "officially" founded in 1989 but many of the original members had been running together for many years.
The Band consists of approximately 60 men and women. We are a loosely organized group that has no dues or membership application process. Anyone who wants to be a member is one! You can buy a official team shirt to prove it!
The men and women sub-groups usually run separately. The men meet every Saturday and Sunday at the Goodbye Blue Monday Coffee House on Division St. in downtown Northfield at 7:00 AM. The women meet at the same time/place on Saturdays.
Both the men and women also meet to run at various times during the week. If you are coming to Northfield and are interested in running with members of the Band of 10,000 Aches please contact me: dick@northfieldrunning.com
Men: Saturday and Sunday mornings at 7:00 AM at the Goodbye Blue Monday Coffee House on Division St. in downtown Northfield. Usual run is one hour but some will meet earlier and then meet main group at 7:00.
Women: Saturday mornings at 7:00 AM at the Goodbye Blue Monday Coffee House on Division St. in downtown Northfield. Usual run is one hour but some will meet earlier and then meet main group at 7:00.
